
At the present time, our records indicate that the time has arrived to renew your status as an Official Certified Vendor. Our new procedures require each entity to renew its application in order to remain active and do business with members of our organization. The renewal application may be submitted online through the Vendor section of the Theta Phi Sigma national website at www.theta2009.org where the annual assessment of $100 can be paid along with the application.
If after our 3rd attempt of contacting your business that we do not receive any information or communication, you will not be allowed to continue business with our Sorority.
Once we receive your renewed application, we will send you an email with your documents to verify your application process is completed.
