

Vendors of Theta Phi Sigma are part of a select group of independent merchants who we believe work in the best interest of our organization to produce personalized Theta merchandise and to help enhance the vision of our organization.

TPS Chapters and their vendors will receive correspondence via email (including a Vendors Network license) after the application process is completed.

These vendors are those that are recommended by chapters to utilize for fundraisers and other temporary/limited-time uses. In this instance, the chapter must submit basic vendor information to MPR and provide 40% of profits each time to HQ. This will also allow MPR to reach out to these businesses to pursue Preferred or Certified Vendor status. The application must be submitted by the vendor and approved by MPR.

These vendors are those that have an established business relationship with a chapter but the owner/manager of the business cannot accommodate the annual fee. These are vendors that provide Theta merchandise for special occasions or annual events, such as conferences, Redemption Night, and Kingdom Night Celebrations. In this instance, the chapter must compensate the standard annual fee ($100) OR have that vendor enlist as an Affiliate in order to continue business with that vendor. The application must be submitted by the vendor and approved by MPR.

These vendors are those that have an established business relationship with a chapter and are capable to accommodate the annual fee. These are vendors that provide Theta merchandise and other services to our members. In this instance, the vendor must compensate the annual fee as requested through our policy. The application must be submitted by the vendor and approved by MPR.

Theta TV: businesses will be featured in our quarterly virtual media portal that keeps our supporters informed about our sorority.

National Website: businesses will be listed on our national website our Theta Phi Sigma Vendor's Network Directory.

Theta Activities: businesses will be notified of all conferences/conventions on a local/national level.

Marketing/Communications: businesses will be afforded the opportunity to appear on future marketing pieces that will encourage our members to connect with them (monthly/quarterly).
Preferred Vendors
Preferred Vendors will receive all benefits listed with the exception of the Theta TV description.
Affiliate Vendors
Affiliate Vendors will exclusively receive the benefits as described in the Marketing/Communications description.
Application Process
A. All applicants will be reviewed upon submission. There is an application fee of $20.00. This
fee has been attached (via PayPal) for your convenience on the application below.
B. Upon application approval...
1. Affiliate & Preferred Vendors: If approved, the vendor and affiliate chapter will be notified and sent documentation based on the information provided on the application.
2. Certified Vendors: If approved, the vendor will be notified and sent documentation based on the information provided on the application.
B. Vendors will receive documentation noting their status and will be valid for one (1) calendar
year.
C. If the fee isn't received within 14 days of approval, the vendor will not be approved and will
have to reapply.
D. Renewal notices will be sent 30 days prior to their expiration date. If no arrangements or
communication is received, the vendor’s documents will be void and vendors will have to cease
production.
E. If you are required to pay the annual fee and need assistance in paying the full amount, contact
MPR to make monthly payment arrangements.
