Dr. Jessica Wilson

As an International Voice, Recording Artist, Activist, Actress, Author, and Entrepreneur, Dr. Jessica Wilson sits as CEO and Founder of Theta Phi Sigma Christian Sorority, Inc, with headquarters in Atlanta, GA. Fueled by a passion for building self-esteem, sisterly bonds and spiritual edification, Dr. Wilson merges spirituality with the practicality of everyday life. Wherever she goes, she exhorts, encourages and empowers women everywhere to reach their full potential in their personal, entrepreneurial and spiritual lives.

She has ministered through song on the Trinity Broadcasting Network’s Praise the Lord Program, and was a special guest on Joy in our Town. She received ministry training and was licensed as a Prophetess under Apostle Winifred Gilbert of Sword of the Spirit Teaching Center and Church. In 2004, she received her Biblical Studies diploma and awarded an Honorary Doctorate degree in Sacred Music-Psalmisty (DSM) from the NCI Bible College (School of Preparation) under the leadership of Apostle Veronica Johnson. She graduated in 2009, from Troy University in Montgomery with a Bachelors of Science - General Psychology with Sociology minor. She also graduated from the University of Phoenix in 2012 with a Masters in the Administration of Criminal Justice. In 2016 she received her certification as a Holistic Counselor under the American Association of Christian Therapists. With her experience she oversees the Psi Nu Theta Honor Society, also known as The International Association of Christian Holistic Practitioners & Counselors.

She is a member of the NAACP and Founder/CEO of Theta Phi Sigma Christian Sorority, Inc., also known as The Pink Society. The goal of Theta Phi Sigma is to help bring awareness of God's love to the community to help prevent pre-marital sex, teen pregnancy, gang activity, and other delinquent behavior. She wants young women to learn how to value and love themselves by helping them to see themselves the way that God sees them. She was a 2010 Montgomery Advertiser King Honors Recipient for the Montgomery Advertiser because of her efforts to keep Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s dream alive. She was awarded the “Free to Be Award” in 2011 by WSFA’s Tonya Terry. In addition, Dr. Cole has been featured in WOW magazine and was also awarded a proclamation from the mayor of Shreveport LA, declaring January 22nd Jessica Wilson Day for their city to celebrate her humanitarian efforts. She was awarded a proclamation from the Honorable William Bell, Mayor of Birmingham, AL with the city seal to also recognize her contributions to the world. This recognition stands with many other proclamations across the United States including the House of Representatives. In celebration of 12 years of service, both Theta Phi Sigma and Doctor Wilson received proclamations from Governor Kay Ivey in the state of Alabama. Doctor Wilson's light continues to shine as a nominee for the 5th Annual ACHI Magazine Awards and the I Am Woman Entrepreneur Awards. In 2021, she was named Entrepreneur and Influencer of the Year by the I Am Awards.

Dr. Wilson has received impartation through laying on of hands from Dr. Bill Winston and Deitrick Haddon at a service in which he spoke an international mandate over her life. She had the opportunity to serve as the praise & worship leader for Bill Winston Ministries at Tuskegee Christian Center for several years. Dr. Juanita Bynum also spoke a prophetic word over her life at the Diamond Awards in Atlanta, GA. She has had the opportunity to sing on the Alabama State Full Gospel Praise team and with the international choir which has sang behind Bishop Paul Morton, Vashawn Mitchell, William Murphy, and Pastor Charles Jenkins just to name a few. She also had the opportunity to open up for Willie Moore, Jr.,  Kierra Sheard, John P. Kee, Monica Lisa Stevenson. When she moved to Atlanta in 2013, she became a member of the dReam Center under Bishop William Murphy.

On January 2018, she received her "Honoris Causa" for Exemplary Work in Ministry from the New Covenant International Bible College.  In the same month, it was announced that The Apostolic Institute of Higher Learning Bible College received accreditation through WCPRE. The Prophets & Seers Tribe, founded by Dr. Wilson, is apart of this school and can use their previous training towards a Certificate, Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate Degree in Ministry. Alongside her academic accomplishments, she founded the Anointed Assembly of Christian Fraternities and Sororities (AACFS) in 2011.

In addition to her accomplishments in ministry at a young age, Dr. Wilson has cultivated her skills via her theater education while attending Alabama State University as a Music Major with a concentration in Vocal and Theater Arts. As an actress she starred in Jamyla Philyaw’s stage play “When Love Isn’t Enough” starring Euclid Gray, Terrell Carter (from Tyler Perry’s Diary of a Mad Black Woman and Meet the Browns), and Marvin Winans, Jr. She also starred as the lead character, Shay, in the stage play Freedom Ain't Free, and gained a major role in Children of Origin,  written and directed by Lawrenze Franklin.  More recently, she has been casted a part of in an upcoming Lifetime TV movie, Single Black Female, starring Raven Goodwin and Amber Riley.

In the world of pageantry, Dr. Wilson held the title of 2019 Mrs. Georgia Plus America and placed 4th runner-up in her division nationally. During her reign she was the recipient of the 2019 Humanitarian World Queen Award from the Miss Starlet Africa Pageant System in Nigeria, Africa. She also held the titles of Mrs. Georgia National Sorority Pageant, Ms. AfroNative American 2021, and currently stands as Ms. USA Culture Galaxy​ 2022, the 1st titleholder of its name in the Miss & Ms. Culture Galaxy Pageants System.

Her brand through her sorority is also worn by women all across the world and legacy being carried across the nations.
