Theta Phi Sigma’s vision is to give women of leadership a place to network, connect, and continue to grow spiritually. Our vision is to show that women can unite for ministry and sisterhood through love and excellence. By embracing our Queendom we are killing the 'spirit of ratchetness' that has taken on popularity in our society through social media and reality TV. We take a bold stance against jealousy, competition, cattiness, and other behavior that would challenge our divine crowns.  We uphold the Godly standard that God has set for his proverbs 31 daughters. We stand arm in arm to cover our sisters as sisters' keepers. As a united ministry team we tear down spirits of religion, Jezebel, Baal, python, and other demonic alliances that are attacking the true prophetic move of

God. We exemplify effective ministry with an open heart and spirit to be pleasing to God, Abba Father, the ONE and true living God. We aim to bring awareness of God's love to the community to prevent pre-marital sex,

teen pregnancy, gang activity, and other delinquent behavior through our Pink Tourmaline Mentorship Program. We want other women to value and see themselves the way God

sees them.
